Aaron has extensive experience around the formation and administration of companies that engage in a wide range of structured finance and private equity transactions. His experience spans Sharia compliant Islamic finance, conventional finance structures and asset finance transactions. Aaron’s expertise includes incorporation, fiduciary, compliance and corporate administration services for Dubai International Financial Centre Special Purpose Companies ("SPCs"). Notably he has been directly involved with certain high profile and nationally strategic SPC entities that are in existence today. Aaron also provides outsourced Anti Money Laundering and KYC compliance services to large private equity and investment firms based in the Middle East.
Aaron joined MaplesFS in 2013. He has been based in the GCC region since completing his engineering degree in 2008. Aaron supplemented this with an Master of Business Administration in 2011. He previously worked in regional engineering and finance positions. Through his experience as an engineer, Aaron has an attention to detail and a methodical manner of seamlessly processing of complex problems.
