Andrew is the head of Fiduciary and Corporate Services in the Middle East. Having worked in banking and fiduciary services for over a decade, Andrew has extensive experience of a wide range of international financial products. He has been involved in the structuring, closing and subsequent administration of numerous structures including securitisations, CLO’s, trusts, hedge funds, asset finance and private equity funds.
From the Middle East he specialises in providing tailored corporate and fiduciary services to regionally arranged Islamic and conventional finance structures. These include DIFC Special Purpose Companies, DIFC domiciled funds and international structures that benefit from local service.
Andrew joined Maples Fiduciary in 2005 as a Vice President in the Cayman Islands office. He then progressed through senior roles across various jurisdictions, including the British Virgin Islands and Jersey. Since 2012, Andrew has served as Head of Fiduciary and Corporate Services, Middle East from the Dubai office. He has previously worked for Sunbelt in Australia, Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (Cayman) Limited in the Cayman Islands and KPMG and HBOS in the United Kingdom.
