Lesley is experienced in all stages of the life cycle of captives, from incorporation to liquidation. She also has extensive knowledge of all types of captives including but not limited to single parent, association, group, agency, private placement life and annuity, rent-a-captive, segregated portfolio companies and special purpose vehicles in multiple jurisdictions, both on and offshore.

Professional Background

Lesley joined Maples Fiduciary in 2016. She has worked in the captive insurance industry since 2000 with Aon in Bermuda and HSBC, Atlas Insurance Management and Advantage Insurance in the Cayman Islands. Prior to this she worked in commerce and industry in the UK and Angola, West Africa.
